Address Accuracy & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. JOSEF BLACK is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information. If a parcel is unclaimed or delivery fails, the courier will typically provide instructions for pick-up or redelivery before the items are returned.
