Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love our Josef Black pieces. If something isn't right, you can return within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, or exchange it for a different size or colour. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return or exchange, email SupportJosefblack@gmail.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps. Refunds are processed as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item.
