14-Day Return Window
At JOSEF BLACK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition & Eligibility
Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain items, such as undergarments or earrings, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Shipping & Processing
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Once received, our team will inspect the item before approval.
Refund Approval
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the transaction.
